Making A Purchase On-line
Making a purchase could not be easier! Simply browse through our stock and click "add to basket" on any items that you wish to buy. Once you have made all your selections click on 'Check Out' and you will be asked for the details we need to be able to process your order.
Festival of Fun Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion. The customer will be informed by email when this occurs.
All prices on this site include the correct amount of VAT where appropriate.
Sale items % off values are based on RRP prices.
The cost of shipping is not included in the cost of the items, please check the postage tab for more details.
We always do our best to keep all items in stock, but as we are not a warehouse company items can occasionally go out of stock without warning.
If items you have ordered are not available we will usually email you offering options and alternatives, so please be sure to check your emails periodically.
Please be aware that many of the products sold by Festival of Fun Ltd come with small pieces and parts unsuitable for younger children. These pieces may constitute a choking hazard and we would ask all of our customers to take care with these products.

Payment
We accept online payment via Paypal and by credit/debit card via Nochex.
PAYING BY PAYPAL:
Paying by Paypal couldn't be easier. Simply click on the 'Pay by Paypal' button at the bottom of the page after entering your address/postage details and you will be taken to the Paypal payment screen. Follow the instructions to complete payment and submit your order!
PAYING BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD:
Paying by Credit/Debit Card is just as easy! Once you have entered your address/postage details click on the Blue 'Pay Now!' button at the bottom of the page. Select the payment card type you intend to use and fill out the details as instructed. Make sure to tick the box confirming terms and conditions (you can click on the link to see them) and click 'Make Payment' to confirm and complete your order!
We can also take card details over the phone if you are having problems navigating our website. Give us a call and place your order by phone if you wish to pay directly by this method.
STANDING ORDERS, ETC:
I'm afraid that we cannot offer standing orders or similar services. All items brought from Festival of Fun must be paid for up front. Only after we receive full payment will we dispatch goods.
Shipping
Festival of Fun Ltd handles orders from the UK, EU and other selected countries. If you would like to purchase from our site and your country is not currently included in our list of shipping destinations please email and ask for us to add it for you.
UK Customers
Spend over £20 to receive FREE Royal Mail 48 delivery to anywhere in the UK. Orders under £20 is just £1.99 for UK customers.
All UK shipping is done using Royal Mail's 2nd Class Standard Service (also known as 'Royal Mail 48').
We also offer 1st Class Services (Royal Mail 24) for an additional cost of £1.00. For additional security, we also offer Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery for an additional cost of £2.50. (These prices are for orders over £10)

You are responsible for entering your Address and Post Code correctly, and for arranging collection from the Post Office or the Courier if you are not in when delivery is attempted.
We will usually notify you if your order is returned to us by the Post Office or Courier. In this situation we are happy to re-post your order but please note that you will be expected to pay the full amount needed to have the item re-shipped to you (which may well cost more then £1.99 if the package was large or heavy!).
Note that you can choose a separate Delivery Address when you place your order.
On rare occasions we may use a Courier service (usually Interlink), but this is only for exceptionally large or heavy orders.
Although Royal Mail's average shipping time for this service is normally about 2-3 WORKING DAYS this is not a guarantee and they have been known to take longer.
By purchasing from us you are also agreeing to all of Royal Mail's and Interlink's terms and conditions, including shipping times. Please visit their websites for further information.
If all products you ordered are in stock we generally dispatch orders within 1 business day (excluding weekends). Note that if products are NOT all in stock it may take up to 10 WORKING days for us to dispatch your order. If a longer time period is required we will notify you by email and you may then choose to cancel your order or wait as you prefer.
International Customers
All International shipping is done using Royal Mail's International Signed For. This service includes tracking, insurance and requires signature upon delivery.
Although Royal Mail's average shipping time for this service is normally about 5-8 WORKING DAYS this is not a guarantee and they have been known to take longer- customs and other delays can slow International shipping by as long as several weeks!
By purchasing from us you are also agreeing to all of Royal Mail's and Interlink's terms and conditions, including shipping times. Please visit their websites for further information.
Your Rights
You have the right to cancel your order with us, this can be done at any time during the first 7 days starting from the day you receive your order. In the event of cancellation you must notify us either by email to sales@festivaloffun.com or in writing to Festival of Fun, 75 Goodramgate, York. North Yorkshire, YO1 7LS, UNITED KINGDOM.

You must return the product to us at Festival of Fun, 75 Goodramgate, York. North Yorkshire, YO1 7LS, UNITED KINGDOM.
Please note that when returning items they must all be in the same condition they were received in. They should be unused and include all packaging and components.
Once your item(s) have been safely returned back to store we will refund you for the cost of the item(s) only. We do not normally refund shipping costs for orders returned in this way, and you are responsible for making arrangements and paying for return postage.
The terms of this contract do not affect your statutory rights.
Your rights to return goods in this way are protected under the EU Long Distance Selling Laws which can be found at Here, or found on www.gov.uk website.
Note that the Returns Policy for items brought in-store rather then online are different to the one described above. Please check in store for details.
